With a few techniques too dangerous to practice on another human being a few of those two essential aspects are neglected, put aside, or simply abandoned. Most Karate practitioners only focus on two or three of them.

This retains the Karate practitioner youthful and healthy. Modern day Karate has become a mix of several martial arts. Karate was never designed to be a game, but only to be used in life or death confrontations.
